A file being copied is

"A file being copied is older than the file currently on your computer" If you see the above message spring up on your computer, this indicates that either an application or hardware device driver software is attempting to overwrite a file already installed on your hard drive with an older version of that file. The best thing to do here is to select the option "Skip file" and keep the newer version that you will already have. If the product you are installing then doesn't work, make a backup copy of the newer file version, then uninstall and reinstall the program or application, this time letting the older file overwrite the newer version. Usually programs run better when you leave the newer version alone. |
