| We send an I.T Guy round to your home, anywhere in Surrey or South London, to establish what the problem is, and where possible, fix it within the first 30 minutes. After your first 30 minutes, 1 Hours labour is then applied to every hour or part hour thereafter. Postcodes outside the CR zone cost an additional £12.50 per call-out | ||

| Collect & Return | £25 +vat | |
| If your computer or laptop is broken to the point of being un-repairable in your home, or you have an obvious fault that is gauranteed to need workshop attention then we will send out an I.T guy to come and collect your computer or laptop, and return it to you again as soon as it is repaired. | ||
| Remote support | £13 +vat | |
| Remote desktop support is where we can login to your computer, anywhere in the UK over the internet and help you with most compter problems and software issues. We can also give you a complete computer tune-up using just remote login methods and you remain in total control of the session. We charge for this service in 30 minute increments. | ||
| Operating system re-installation | £50 +vat | |
| Re-install your entire operating system, either to a new hard drive or after a bad virus infection. This is often required after having a virus infection on your PC which has corrupted your operating system beyond repair, and a re-installation will mean you have everything fresh on your PC like it was when you first bought it from new. | ||
| Data Recovery | £50 +vat | |
| Recover all personal data from either a virus infected hard drive or corrupt drives/disks. You can either bring your disks or hard drive to us, post it to us or we can come and collect it (subject to collect & return fee) | ||
Beware of cheap replacements:
90% of repairs cost only a fraction of replacing your computer like-for-like, so dont be tempted to throw away your computer thinking you are saving money because new computers all have 12 months warranty and with the cheap-grade components found in the budget PC's, you may just find that in 12 months time, you have another broken computer.
All of our replacement hard drives are NEW and carry a 3 year manufacturer warranty on them. No high street provideds 3 year warranties on any parts, so if in doubt, give us a call to find out, and if your still really determined to replace your computer with a cheap replacement, let us know as we often buy broken laptops/desktops to repair and sell on.
